📌 ORDER PROCESSING

All custom wigs are made-to-order.
Processing time is 15–21 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Orders may be completed sooner based on order volume and hair availability.

Digital products (ebooks, tutorials, journals) are delivered instantly via email.


📌 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Time (U.S. Orders)

Once completed, wigs ship within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages

Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Beat & Stitched.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. We will assist when possible, but we do not replace lost or stolen packages.


📌 PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-orders reserve your wig and guarantee your spot.
Due to the custom nature of all units:

  • No cancellations on pre-orders once hair has been purchased
  • Processing times may vary depending on vendor availability
  • Any changes to lace, length, density, or color must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering

📌 RETURN & REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

Due to the custom nature of each wig, all sales are final.

Wigs cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept returns on wigs for any reason, including:

  • Wrong measurements
  • Wrong lace size
  • Color differences
  • Length differences
  • Personal preference
  • “I don’t like it”

No Refunds Once Processing Begins

Once your order has entered the processing stage, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Digital Products

All digital downloads (ebooks, tutorials, vendor lists, journals) are final sale and non-refundable due to instant access.


📌 MEASUREMENT RESPONSIBILITY

To ensure a secure glueless fit, customers must provide accurate measurements.

At checkout, please:
✔ Refer to our Measurement Guide
✔ Select your correct measurements
✔ Ensure your measurements are taken on flat, braided, or molded-down hair

Incorrect measurements are not eligible for returns, refunds, or free adjustments.


📌 ADJUSTMENT / ALTERATION POLICY (OPTIONAL SERVICE)

If your wig does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, resizing services may be available for a fee.

  • Adjustment Fee: $45–$85 depending on the alteration required
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees
  • Adjustments do not include restyling or color changes

📌 CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are only allowed within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted, as materials and hair are ordered immediately.


📌 ORDER CHANGES

You may request order changes within the first:
24 hours only
(Change options: lace size, length, color, parting, density)

After 24 hours, no changes can be made.
