1. Are your wigs glueless?
Yes! All units are fully glueless and come with combs, an adjustable elastic band, and adjustable straps. Each wig is customized to fit securely without glue.
2. What is the processing time for custom wigs?
Processing is 15–21 business days, not including shipping.
Some orders may be completed sooner depending on order volume.
3. Do you offer rush orders?
Rush service may be available depending on hair stock and schedule. Email beatandstitched@gmail.com with your wig details to check availability.
4. What measurements do you need for the perfect fit?
You will need to provide:

5. Do your wigs come styled and ready to wear?
Yes! Every wig comes fully customized:

6. Can I request custom colors?
Yes! We offer:
Jet black / brown / ombré (+$85)

You may upload an inspiration photo during checkout.
7. What density should I choose?
- 180% – Standard (included)
- 200% – Fuller & natural (+$120)
- 250% – Very full glam look (+$240)
8. Do you offer in-person installs?
Yes, installs are available separately. You can book through the “Revamp & Install” section or email for availability.
9. What if I don’t see the wig style I want?
Use our Build-A-Wig feature to create your own custom unit—choose your lace size, length, texture, color, density, and upload inspiration photos.
10. Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Once your order begins processing, refunds are not available.

11. Can I return or exchange my wig?
Due to the custom nature of each unit, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check measurements before ordering.
12. What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once your order is shipped, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery. Please file a claim with the carrier (USPS/UPS). We will assist when possible.
13. Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital downloads (ebooks, tutorials, journals, vendor lists) are non-refundable once delivered.
